Remember who came before you and rise into who you were born to be.

The Story of Reveye

“When I was searching for the root of my purpose, it became clear that I was reclaiming all that has been lost: knowledge of self, knowledge of others, knowing and using my inherent power, being uplifted in community, believing in my gifts, and leveraging those gifts to serve the collective. Reveye is that root, my transformation is the tree, and the fruit is this awakening collaborative that we facilitate for individuals and institutions.” - Arlène Elizabeth Casimir

Reveye (pronounced rēv-ai-yay) is a Haitian-Creole word that means ‘to awaken.’ As a first generation Haitian American, Arlène honors the legacy of her cultural heritage and the Eastern tradition of ‘awakening’ present in Hindu and Buddhist cultures. Awakening is an iterative process: as it repeats within us we reach deeper liberation and power. Arlène believes this work is tied to the past, present, and future: by awakening her ancestors and mastery from past lives she can activate her highest self and purpose in the present, and establish her legacy for the future. Reveye is Arlène’s gift to the ones who came before her, and an offering to those seeking healing, transformation, and sustainable change in their life and work.

Lotus Symbol

Lotus flowers are deeply symbolic in many cultures and represent purity, enlightenment, self-regeneration, inner strength, resilience, and rebirth. It is the product of opposites - light (sun) and dark (water). Its characteristics are a perfect analogy for the human condition: even when its roots are in the dirtiest waters, the lotus produces the most beautiful flower. The lotus symbolizes the peace of simply being. It floats above the waters in calm and storm alike, unaffected by what is happening beneath the surface. Anjie Cho, an NYC-based feng shui expert explains, "[the lotus is a reminder that] we have all the potential to rise above all challenges and bring forth something beautiful and pure."

Why .io?

io - is a domain that means input, output and is most often used by startups and tech companies. Since we are a startup educational consultancy, we chose this domain instead of .com, .co, or .org. We also reenvisioned “input, output” as “inner, outer.” This aligns with our belief that transformative inner work allows us to co-create equitable outer change.
